About The Position

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous experience leasing conventional apartments.
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished, professional appearance.
• Flexible schedule, including required weekends.
• Stable work history.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

• Social media or marketing content creation experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects professionally and enthusiastically.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement.
• Host resident functions and contribute to positive resident relations.
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
• Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.
