About The Position

Adara Communities is hiring an experienced, energetic, self-motivated Apartment Floating Leasing Agent who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role focuses on leasing apartments, maintaining high occupancy and strong leasing performance, delivering excellent service to residents and prospects, generating traffic, and supporting property operations. Candidates must live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous experience leasing conventional apartments; this is required.
Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished, professional appearance.
Flexible schedule; weekend work is required.
Stable work history.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

Social media or marketing content creation experience is strongly preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects professionally and enthusiastically.
Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement.
Host resident functions and contribute to positive resident relations.
Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks.
Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.
