About The Position

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced, energetic Apartment Floating Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role involves leasing apartments, supporting property operations, engaging with residents and prospects, and helping maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance. Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous experience leasing conventional apartments.
Strong sales and leasing skills, with the ability to close.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished, professional appearance.
Flexible schedule; weekend work is required.
Stable work history.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

Social media or marketing content creation experience is strongly preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet, qualify, and close prospects professionally and enthusiastically.
Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure documentation is accurate.
Provide customer service to residents and prospects.
Generate new traffic through outreach and community engagement.
Host resident functions and help maintain positive resident relations.
Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks.
Represent the community in a friendly and professional manner.
