About The Position
Starburst Apartments is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Agent to help residents find their next home. The role provides customer service to residents and prospective residents while offering organizational and administrative support in the leasing office. The candidate must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and remain professional at all times.
Requirements
- Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments.
- Experience answering a busy switchboard.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly attitude.
- Experience with Realpage Onesite.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for future residents and visitors.
- Use and create promotional materials and technology to communicate with prospects and generate revenue.
- Build relationships with prospective and future residents to support satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease or renew.
- Generate leads through effective follow-up by phone and email.
- Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to residents and prospects.
- Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about the current market.
