About The Position

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced, energetic, and self-motivated Apartment Leasing Agent for Walden Lakewood, a 160-unit property. The role is based in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and involves leasing apartments, supporting strong occupancy and leasing performance, serving residents and prospects, and assisting with daily property operations. Candidates must live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate. Weekend work is required.

Requirements

At least 2 years of previous experience leasing conventional apartments.
Strong sales and leasing skills, with a proven ability to close.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Positive attitude and flexibility.
Polished and professional appearance.
Flexible schedule, with weekend work required.
Stable work history.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

Social media or marketing content creation experience is strongly preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet, qualify, and close prospective residents professionally and enthusiastically.
Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure documentation is accurate.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
Generate new traffic through outreach and community engagement.
Host resident functions and help maintain positive resident relations.
Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks.
Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.
