About The Position

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced, energetic, and self-motivated Apartment Leasing Agent for Portofino at Las Colinas, a 224-unit property. The role focuses on leasing apartments, maintaining occupancy and leasing performance, delivering excellent service to residents and prospects, and supporting daily property operations. The agent will also help generate traffic through outreach and community engagement, host resident functions, and manage the property’s social media presence. Candidates must live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous experience leasing conventional apartments; required.
Strong sales and leasing skills, with a proven ability to close.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Positive attitude and flexibility.
Polished and professional appearance.
Flexible schedule, including required weekends.
Stable work history.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

Social media or marketing content creation experience is strongly preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet, qualify, and close prospective residents professionally and enthusiastically.
Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement.
Host resident functions and contribute to positive resident relations.
Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks.
Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.
