About The Position

Starburst Apartments is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Agent to help residents find their next home. The role provides customer service to residents and prospective residents while supporting leasing-office organization and administration. It requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment and maintaining professionalism. The starting pay is $21 per hour.

Requirements

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments.
• Ability to answer a busy switchboard.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly attitude.
• Experience with RealPage OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective residents and visitors.
• Use and create promotional materials and technology to communicate with prospects and generate revenue.
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to support satisfaction and finalize leasing or renewal decisions.
• Generate leads through effective follow-up by phone and email.
• Provide exceptional, consistent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about the current market.
