About The Position

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced, energetic, self-motivated, and proactive Apartment Leasing Agent for Hunt Club, a 204-unit property. The role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and contributes to occupancy, leasing performance, resident satisfaction, and community engagement. The agent works with prospects and residents and supports the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks. Candidates must live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate. Weekend availability is required.

Requirements

At least one year of prior experience leasing conventional apartments.
Strong sales and leasing skills, including a proven ability to close.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Positive attitude and flexibility.
Polished and professional appearance.
Flexible schedule; weekend work is required.
Stable work history.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

Social media or marketing content creation experience is strongly preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet, qualify, and close prospective residents professionally and enthusiastically.
Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure documentation is accurate.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
Generate prospective resident traffic through outreach and community engagement.
Host resident functions and help maintain positive resident relations.
Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks.
Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.
