About The Position

Adara Communities is hiring an experienced, energetic Apartment Leasing Agent for Fairfield Ranch, a 294-unit property. The role is suited to a self-motivated, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The agent will help maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance, provide excellent service to residents and prospects, support daily property operations, and contribute to community engagement and marketing. Candidates must live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous experience leasing conventional apartments; required.
Strong sales and leasing skills, with a proven ability to close.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Positive attitude and flexibility.
Polished and professional appearance.
Flexible schedule; weekend work is required.
Stable work history.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

Social media or marketing content creation experience is strongly preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet, qualify, and close prospective residents professionally and enthusiastically.
Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
Generate new traffic through outreach and community engagement.
Host resident functions and help maintain positive resident relations.
Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks.
Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.
