About The Position

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced, energetic, self-motivated Leasing Agent for Hunt Club, a 204-unit property. The role focuses on leasing apartments, maintaining high occupancy and strong leasing performance, delivering excellent service to prospects and residents, and supporting daily property operations. The agent will also generate traffic through outreach and community engagement, host resident functions, and manage the property's social media presence. Weekend availability is required.

Requirements

At least one year of previous experience leasing conventional apartments.
Strong sales and leasing skills, with a proven ability to close.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished, professional appearance.
Flexible schedule, including required weekends.
Stable work history.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

Experience with social media or marketing content creation.
Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

Greet, qualify, and close prospective residents professionally and enthusiastically.
Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure documentation is accurate.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement.
Host resident functions and contribute to positive resident relations.
Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks.
Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.
