About The Position
Uline's Finance team is growing and looking for top talent for entry-level positions. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills working alongside experienced professionals on projects that impact the business. Uline, a family-owned company, is North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials with over 9,800 employees across 14 locations. The Finance department at Uline provides opportunities to learn key financial skills, gain whole business knowledge, expand learning through development opportunities, build a network, and grow with mentoring from leaders and finance experts. Employees partner within finance and with stakeholders to achieve business goals and support customers. Entry Level Finance Teams include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, Credit, and Tax. Uline is a drug-free workplace and all new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening. All positions are on-site.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications and Tax.
- Bachelor’s degree: Credit.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer data and documentation such as invoices, tax exemption certificates, and financial statements.
- Contact customers via phone or email to assist with financial matters.
- Build successful partnerships with key internal teams and vendors.
