About The Position
This role is responsible for processing items in the corporate banking website, entering invoices and expense reports for payment, and preparing, printing, and mailing checks. The position also involves researching items to assist customers and recording accounting entries.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable preferred or relevant work experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work within banking websites.
- Effective utilization of Accounts Payable specific software.
- Ability to research various inquiries from company personnel.
Responsibilities
- Processes items in the corporate banking website.
- Enters invoices and expense reports for payment.
- Prepares, prints, and mails checks.
- Researches items to assist both internal and external customers.
- Records accounting entries.
