Responsibilities

• Make 175+ outbound calls per day to leads with an emphasis on speed-to-contact
• Follow up consistently and turn leads into appointments and memberships
• Build genuine relationships with prospective athletes and families
• Identify client goals and confidently recommend the right D1 program
• Overcome objections and close the sale
• Keep lead notes and follow-ups organized and up to date
• Create engaging content featuring our athletes, coaches, workouts, and community
• Stay up to date on social media trends, sounds, formats, and viral content
• Help manage Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Respond to comments and DMs and turn online engagement into real conversations
• Represent D1 at local events and help grow our presence in the community
