About The Position

Zwiesel Fortessa Americas LLC is seeking a full-time Safety & Training Coordinator to join its distribution facility in Winchester, Virginia. The Coordinator leads safety-related activities, including audits, inspections, and incident investigations, while supporting training initiatives. The role ensures compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, promotes a safe work environment, and collaborates with the Training & Safety Manager to align safety programs with operational goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse safety and compliance roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety audit processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and changing temperatures.

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
