The Universal Banker position is responsible for the timely and efficient completion of client transactions, maintaining accurate records, and proper handling of all assigned monies. The role focuses on delivering superior quality service by identifying and understanding clients' financial needs. Universal Bankers are cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular emphasis on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.
