This posting is for a Student Part-Time Professor position for the course POL4589 (Politique et droits humains) during the Fall 2026 semester at the University of Ottawa. The course will cover the relationships between politics, democracy, and human rights, including the foundations of the rule of law, norms, justice, legitimacy, national and international human rights organizations and dynamics, and the transformation of human rights theories and practices in contemporary situations, particularly those involving violence, conflict, and extreme crises. The course is taught in French and will be delivered in person, though the mode of instruction may change due to health or other reasons.
