About The Position

The Faculty of Social Sciences, School of Political Studies at the University of Ottawa is seeking a Student Part-Time Professor to teach the course "Principes, processus et méthodes d'évaluation" (PAP4710, Section A00) during the 2027 Winter Semester. This course focuses on the approaches and methods used for evaluating public services and programs, including criteria selection, indicator development, planning and implementation of evaluations, presentation of results, and the political, social, and administrative context of evaluation, as well as its limitations. The course is offered in French and will be taught in person, though the mode of instruction may change due to health or other reasons. Requirements

  • Doctorate or doctoral coursework in the field of the announced course.
  • Teaching experience in the field.
  • This posting is intended for doctoral students.
  • An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as equivalent to the educational requirements and/or demonstrated experience.
  • Must successfully complete all mandatory legislated training as required by provincial law.

Responsibilities
