About The Position

The Faculty of Social Sciences, Academic Unit of Public and International Affairs, is seeking a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach ECH4320 A00, Conflict Resolution and Peace Building, during the 2027 Winter Semester. The course description is: « International conflict resolution is a field of practice and of theoretical study. Through case studies, identification of the various possibilities available to the decision-makers in the process of peace building and conflict resolution. » The expected enrollment is 40 students, and the course is worth 3 credits. The instruction language is English.

Requirements

PhD completed or in the process of being completed with a specialization in conflict studies and human rights
University teaching experience is an asset
An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
Employees are under provincial law required to successfully complete all mandatory legislated training.
