About The Position

The Faculty of Social Sciences, School of Political Studies at the University of Ottawa is seeking a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach Research Methods in Public Administration (PAP3310, Section A00) for the 2027 Winter Semester. This course will study research methods used in public administration, such as surveys, case studies, interviews, and content analysis. It will also cover epistemological issues and critically examine the methodological content of studies in public administration and public policy. The course is expected to have an enrolment of 74 students and is worth 3 credits. The course will be offered in person, but the teaching method may be modified due to public health measures or other reasons. Requirements

Ph.D. or Ph.D. coursework in the field of the course.
Teaching experience in the field.
Competence in a second language (active).
