As a Business Experience & Planning Expert within PNC's Technology Business Operations organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX. This role is an individual contributor within Technology Business Operations responsible for end-to-end workforce operations and cross-functional orchestration across Technology, HR/TA, Finance, Sourcing, and Risk/Controls. The lead translates complex workforce and operating-model inputs into executive-ready narratives, runs operating rhythms (reviews, forums, reporting), and applies program management discipline to connect workforce strategy to execution—improving transparency, decision-making, and outcomes across a 17,000+ person technology organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop executive-ready narratives and materials on workforce strategy and performance (e.g., operating reviews, strategy updates, leader forums)
  • Drive coherence across workforce domains by aligning strategy, operating model, and execution to prevent fragmentation and improve outcomes
  • Partner across Technology and shared functions to deliver workforce plans and outcomes (e.g., sourcing mix, location strategy, capacity planning, cost optimization)
  • Orchestrate cross-functional inputs and interlocks (Technology, HR/TA, Finance, Sourcing, Risk/Controls, tool owners); surface tradeoffs, escalate when needed, and unblock execution
  • Apply program management rigor (plans, dependencies, risks/issues, action tracking) to deliver priorities and remove execution friction
  • Run operating rhythms and governance (strategy planning, workforce reviews, executive forums, reporting) with clear pre-reads, decisions, and follow-through
  • Lead day-to-day workforce operations and controls (intake/validation, approvals, data quality) aligned to headcount plans, funding, and audit-ready execution
  • Track and forecast capacity and demand across roles, locations, and sourcing channels; maintain dashboards and reporting that surface risks, constraints, and opportunities
  • Proactively identify workforce process gaps and execution risks; drive root-cause problem solving and continuous improvement across the workforce lifecycle
  • Uses advanced knowledge and expertise to indirectly lead cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods.
  • Develops and executes on key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives.
  • Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Participates in the industry and leads execution and implementation of business planning processes according to industry standards and trends.
  • Designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
  • Guides strategic plans through thought leadership and develops solutions, roadmaps, and assessments of potential business impacts to address business needs.
