About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed preferred majors: Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Engineering & Technology Management, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management/Research, or Logistics.
• Have a valid Driver’s License by the start date of employment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm, idealism, creativity, and dedication to getting results.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively across business units.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support project and program management.
• Lead and support process improvements.
• Perform work measurement using Master Standard Data (MSD).
• Conduct Operations Research.
• Participate in integrated business planning.
• Support new technology integration and implementation.
• Administer training and development.
