About The Position

This seasonal, part-time position supervises, trains, and develops workgroups and holds them accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The supervisor sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The position manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency; promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment; and supports employee development through orientation, training, evaluations, coaching, and development plans. Employees must comply with applicable safety policies and procedures and department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
• Management experience.
