PT Seasonal Preload Supervisor
About The Position
The Preload Supervisor supervises, trains, and develops workgroups and holds them responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The supervisor sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and builds working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. The position manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency; supports employee development through orientation, training, evaluations, and coaching; and ensures employees follow applicable safety policies and requirements. The role promotes a positive, team-oriented environment focused on employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continual improvement.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
