About The Position

The PT Preload Supervisor supervises, trains, and develops workgroups, holding them accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and fosters working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The supervisor develops relationships with employees, management, and customers; facilitates employee training; ensures compliance with safety policies and applicable requirements; and manages department resources to support output, accuracy, and efficiency. The role promotes a positive, team-oriented environment focused on employee involvement, proactive communication, cooperation, and continual improvement. It also supports employee growth through development plans, orientation, skills and safety training, evaluations, and coaching.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
