About The Position

The Preload Supervisor supervises, trains, and develops workgroups and holds them accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The employee maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and builds working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. This is a seasonal position. The supervisor manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency; ensures employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, evaluations, and coaching; and promotes employee development and continual improvement. The position requires availability for flexible shift hours, up to five days per week, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent.
Management experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
