About The Position

The City of Woodstock is recruiting a part-time Aquatics Supervisor for the Woodstock Recreation Department. The position provides general programming operational support to the Department and is responsible for planning, supervising, and preparing general programs and special events, including youth, adult, early childhood, and Playground Program (PGPG) offerings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of previous aquatic management experience.
• American Red Cross Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certifications, or the ability to obtain them within the six-month probationary period.

Nice To Haves

• At least 21 years old.
• Lifeguard Instructor or Lifeguard Instructor Trainer certification.
• Water Safety Instructor Trainer certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide general programming operational support to the Woodstock Recreation Department.
• Plan, supervise, and prepare general programs and special events offered by the Department, including youth, adult, early childhood, and Playground Program (PGPG) offerings.
