About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Two years of experience in commercial or healthcare environmental services or a related field, or two years of supervisory experience in healthcare or a related field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work the PM shift, typically 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational leadership to environmental services staff and specialists.
• Ensure service and quality goals are met and provide human resources oversight for the department.
• Perform and oversee daily cleaning, projects, carpet and hard-surface floor care, waste disposal, and moving services.
• Manage shifts and scheduling.
• Foster relationships with other leaders and promote employees within the department.
• Practice and promote behavior consistent with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
