About The Position

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 2+ years of retail leadership experience, with wireless or technology experience preferred.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams while driving performance and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Rallying the sales team, setting clear goals, and implementing strategies to crush sales targets and boost revenue.
• Coaching, mentoring, and motivating associates on the floor, equipping them with the tools, training, and confidence to win.
• Reviewing performance, providing feedback, and creating personalized development plans to help each team member grow and reach their potential.
• Partnering with the team to provide tailored solutions, ensuring every customer leaves with the right technology and a five-star experience.
• Interviewing candidates, onboarding new hires, and shaping a strong, high-performing team.
• Staying up-to-date with promotions, new product launches, and service updates so the team always has the latest information to share with customers.
