About The Position
We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to join the team. The manager is responsible for selling wireless devices, accessories, and service plans in a retail setting in partnership with Cricket Wireless to drive company revenue. The position offers full benefits, commissions, and opportunities for bonuses. Work is performed in person. Shifts may include 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, including day, evening, and morning shifts. Weekly schedules may include weekends, every weekend, Monday to Friday, or weekends as needed. Spanish is preferred.
Requirements

- Spanish language skills; bilingual Spanish is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise or work alongside a team of retail sales workers.
- Adjust and follow daily schedules for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues.
