About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role contributes to achieving sales and profit projections by maintaining daily focus on individual and team performance standards. It also supports customer satisfaction, team-member development through training and evaluation, and the recruitment and selection of team members. The Assistant Store Manager follows and enforces company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
