About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members’ standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections. The role contributes to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and assists with recruiting and selection. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces Company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties.

The company offers training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and job skills, along with opportunities for career development and advancement.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Retail experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
