About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is seeking a driven and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager. The role assists the Store Manager with daily sales and profit goals, customer satisfaction, team-member development, recruiting, and selection. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills to support career development.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Commitment to excellence, desire to grow, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.
