About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager with daily store performance and operations. The role supports individual and team members in achieving standards, sales goals, and profit projections while contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction. The Assistant Store Manager develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, assists with recruiting and selection, follows and enforces company policies and procedures, and performs other operational and strategic duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills for career development.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners.
• Ability to use basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Retail experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
