About The Position

Kay Jewelers is seeking a driven and creative Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and contribute to a positive customer and team experience. The role helps maintain focus on individual and team performance standards to achieve sales and profit projections, foster total customer satisfaction, develop team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and recruit and select team members. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces Company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements
