About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager oversees, trains, and develops a team to provide a consistently superior guest experience while meeting sales goals. The role supports day-to-day store operations, team development, sales performance, financial monitoring, and store profitability. The position is onsite in Nashville, Tennessee, and reports to the Store Manager.

Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record.
Availability to be on call 24/7.
High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of retail experience in a similar working environment.
