About The Position

PURE HomeRiver is seeking a service-minded Assistant Property Manager to support tenants and owners and help deliver a tenant experience defined by trust and respect. The role involves tenant communication, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, tracking maintenance requests, preparing leases, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily property operations. The Assistant Property Manager also assists the Property Manager with lease renewals and other routine duties.

Requirements

Strong communication skills.

Residential property management experience.
Hospitality or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct business in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable fair housing, disability, credit reporting, and other local, state, and federal laws related to residential rentals.
Serve as the primary contact for tenant communication.
Maintain maintenance-request records in property management software and ensure work orders are completed within a reasonable time and estimated costs.
Assist the Property Manager with lease renewals.
Travel to properties as scheduled to prepare and coordinate move-in and move-out processes with tenants.
Prepare notices and routine correspondence as directed by the Property Manager.
Respond to and follow up with prospective residents interested in available properties, including traveling to meet them and review properties.
Communicate with residents throughout the rent collection process.
Assist with preparing security deposit dispositions in accordance with state laws and company policies.
Prepare leases and confirm that required addendums and attachments are included before presenting them to tenants for signature.
Document all property and tenant information in property management software.
Maintain communications in property management software so information is up to date and available to team members.
