About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager oversees, trains, and develops a team to provide a consistently superior guest experience while meeting sales goals. The role supports day-to-day store operations and store performance, including financial monitoring, sales analysis, forecasting, payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
People-first mentality, recognizing that every team member and guest deserves a great experience.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with energy, drive, and focus on execution.
Good business acumen.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Availability to be on call as needed.
