About The Position

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Six months of experience in the hospitality industry and/or fitness or health-club-related work.
• Ability to work an eight-hour shift; scheduled days and times may vary based on need.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain spa refreshments, locker rooms, workout areas, tennis areas, pre-treatment areas, and the games room.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodate special requests when possible, resolve complaints, and answer inquiries about spa services.
• Assist guests in getting to appointments related to spa services.
• Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Assist guests with use and set-up of fitness machines and with croquet and tennis equipment.
• Introduce guests to spa-service practitioners, including massage therapists, fitness instructors, and tennis professionals.
• Retrieve and fold towels.
• Retrieve, deliver, store, and set up products from purchasing.
• Clean and stock the waiting area.
• Assist other staff with set-up and breakdown of treatment areas.
