About The Position
Viceroy Snowmass in Snowmass Village, Colorado, is hiring Spa Attendants through the J-1 Work & Travel Program for the winter season. This full-time, seasonal role provides international students with hands-on experience in luxury spa hospitality while supporting daily operations and delivering exceptional guest service. The position is scheduled flexibly, including weekends and holidays, and pays $19.00 per hour. The stated start date is December 10, 2026. Applicants must be at least 18 and eligible for the J-1 Work & Travel Program, and must be currently enrolled at an eligible post-secondary institution outside the United States. Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required. The role requires strong English communication and interpersonal skills, reliability, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to perform routine physical tasks for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Welcome spa guests and provide friendly, personalized service.
- Assist with guest arrivals, facility orientation, and general inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, locker rooms, and relaxation areas.
- Replenish towels, robes, refreshments, and spa amenities.
- Support spa reception and daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist with laundry, inventory, and supply organization.
- Follow sanitation, safety, and guest privacy standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain exceptional service standards.
