About The Position

The Spa Attendant is responsible for supporting a relaxing and enjoyable guest experience in the resort spa. The role involves welcoming guests, introducing them to the facilities and program components, providing tours and information, and assisting with equipment use and guest requests. The Spa Attendant also helps guests book treatments, records transactions, and keeps the spa and fitness room clean, safe, and stocked with essentials. The position works closely with other team members and requires a welcoming, engaging approach in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Ability to frequently bend, push or pull, and lift or carry up to 30 lbs.; occasional lifting or carrying of up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule allowing work on weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the spa.
• Provide clients with tours and information about the facility and its features.
• Assist clients and guests with proper equipment usage.
• Assist guests with booking treatments by phone or in person and record transactions in the appropriate area.
• Report accidents or injuries to the Security Department.
• Monitor the spa and fitness room for cleanliness and safety, and provide direction or instruction when appropriate.
• Keep the spa area clean and stocked with essential items.
• Assist guests with their needs and requests.
