About The Position

Spa Specialists support vital spa functions and help create memorable guest experiences. They promote spa services and retail, schedule reservations and confirm appointments, answer questions about services, check in guests, and process payments while making transactions feel like part of the guest experience. They are expected to take initiative, provide professional service, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and help maintain a safe workplace. Associates must maintain professional uniforms, personal appearance, and communications and perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to read and visually verify information in reservation software.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and up to 25 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
