About The Position

The Spa Attendant maintains high standards of cleanliness and presentation in lounge and other guest areas while providing courteous personal service to guests and members. The role supports the smooth operation of spa appointments, keeps guest supplies stocked, helps guests navigate the facilities, and follows established safety and sanitation procedures.

The position is at Streamsong Resort, a luxury resort with golf, fishing, sporting clays, dining, and spa experiences. The resort includes 228 accommodations in a modern lakeside lodge and clubhouse. KemperSports Management manages resort operations and is an Equal Opportunity Employer that participates in the Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify program.

Requirements

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions on proper cleaning procedures and supply maintenance.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and staff as they enter the facility.
• Keep lounges stocked with clean towels and guest supplies.
• Inspect robes and towels for tears or stains before issuing them to guests receiving services.
• Monitor cleanliness and supply levels in lounges, locker areas, showers, vanities, and toilet areas.
• Know the facilities and services well enough to answer guests’ questions about the spa.
• Assist with sales and marketing.
• Follow the product and inventory check-out system.
• Coordinate frequently with the receptionist to support first-class guest service.
• Assist massage therapists and fitness trainers as needed to help appointments run smoothly.
• Provide spa tours and educate guests about safety standards.
• Continuously monitor the wet suite and keep the floor dry and free of debris.
• Perform daily spa opening and closing procedures.
• Continuously monitor the presentation of guest areas, including ice towels, vanity areas, and amenities.
• Remain aware of guests’ locations and ensure they are escorted to treatments on time.
• Follow established safety and sanitation procedures.
