About The Position

A Spa Attendant (Housekeeper) helps create a balanced, serene environment and an unforgettable guest experience by providing cleaning and laundry services for the spa and salon. The role includes collecting laundry from various locations and performing cleaning duties according to daily schedules. Spa Attendants work a mixture of morning and afternoon/evening shifts, including weekends and some holidays. Compensation is $15–$20 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to hear and effectively understand customers’ needs.
Ability to sustain reasonable physical activity for the duration of a scheduled shift.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods and remain attentive to guests’ needs.
Keen attention to detail and willingness to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

Maintain laundry for the spa and salon, including collecting it from various locations.
Perform spa cleaning duties such as mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, cleaning bathrooms, and taking out trash.
Follow daily cleaning schedules.
Demonstrate milk + honey’s Core Values in interactions with guests and coworkers.
Follow attendance and punctuality policies.
Maintain a polished and professional image.
Provide attentive service to guests.
