About The Position

Viceroy Snowmass in Snowmass Village, Colorado, is hiring guest-focused Front Desk Team Members for a seasonal winter position through the J-1 Work & Travel Program. The role offers international students hands-on experience in luxury hospitality and a cultural exchange opportunity while supporting front desk operations and guest service. The position is full-time, seasonal, pays $22.00 per hour, and has a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. The start date is December 10, 2026.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and eligible for the J-1 Work & Travel Program.
Currently enrolled in an eligible post-secondary institution outside the United States.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel property management systems.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional, and personalized service.
Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and reservations.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Assist with guest payments, billing, and property management systems.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to support seamless guest experiences.
Maintain accurate guest records and protect confidential information.
Keep the front desk organized and follow hotel service and safety standards.
