Valet - Viceroy Snowmass
About The Position
Viceroy Snowmass in Snowmass Village, Colorado, is hiring friendly, dependable, service-oriented Valet Attendants. As part of the Guest Services team, the Valet creates welcoming first and last impressions by greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and providing safe, efficient valet parking and transportation services. The role works closely with the Front Desk, Bell, and other hotel departments to support a seamless luxury hospitality experience in a fast-paced mountain resort environment. The position pays $17.00 per hour plus tips. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with year-round and seasonal opportunities. The schedule is flexible, with some evenings, weekends, and holidays required. The start date is ASAP. The application deadline is 12/02/2026 or until filled.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and ability to successfully complete required background and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly, professional, guest-focused attitude.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to safely operate different types of guest vehicles and follow established parking and transportation procedures.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds and push or pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and commitment to exceptional luxury hospitality.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
- At least one year of valet experience at a full-service resort is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional service upon arrival, creating a positive first and last impression.
- Safely park guest vehicles in designated areas and retrieve them promptly when requested.
- Assist guests with luggage during arrivals and departures.
- Transport guests in designated courtesy vehicles when authorized, maintaining safety, professionalism, and comfort.
- Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and transportation needs with the Front Desk, Bell, and other departments.
- Maintain an organized and efficient valet parking area and follow vehicle-handling and safety procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, provide helpful property information, and anticipate opportunities to improve the guest experience.
- Handle guest vehicles, luggage, and personal belongings with care, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Assist team members during busy periods and maintain a clean, safe, welcoming entrance area.
