About The Position

The Peak Phoenix, a Hilton Resort is seeking a part-time Spa/Fitness Locker Room Attendant to join the Tocasierra Spa Team. The attendant supports resort guests by providing towels, robes, sandals, locker assistance, refreshments, and other amenities in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner. The role maintains the day-to-day cleanliness of the Fitness/Spa, with particular emphasis on locker rooms, including removing trash and soiled linen. It also includes maintaining clean linen supplies, laundering linens, and preparing product supplies for daily treatments. The attendant is expected to contribute to a high level of guest satisfaction and follow hotel standards for professional conduct, work habits, safety, and security. Hours include AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Ability to communicate in English.
Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
Self-motivating personality and good problem-resolution skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and extend arms overhead to perform cleaning tasks.
Treat guests and associates with courtesy and respect.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills or improve existing ones.
Ability to solve routine problems and ask for help when unsure how to perform a task.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve guests as needed by providing towels, robes, sandals, locker assistance, refreshments, and other amenities.
Clean the Fitness/Spa daily, with emphasis on locker rooms, and remove trash and soiled linen.
Maintain clean linen supplies and launder linens.
Prepare product supplies for daily treatments.
Interact with guests and associates courteously and professionally to support guest satisfaction.
Follow hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance.
Follow security and safety procedures, including key controls, safe lifting, chemical use, and reporting hazards or safety concerns.
Perform other job-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
