About The Position

Kiawah Island Club is seeking a Men’s Locker Room Attendant to support its mission of being the finest private club in the world. The attendant provides attentive hospitality to Members and teammates, helps maintain a clean and organized men’s locker room and fitness center, and assists Members with shoe care, towels, and supplies. Service periods include morning, afternoon, and early evening. The position also includes food and beverage duties such as mixing and serving beverages, taking and entering food orders into the POS system, serving food, and ensuring Member satisfaction. Pay is $20.00 plus tips.

Requirements

Positive, outgoing personality.
Professional image.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
At least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service experience.
Previous food and beverage experience.
Base knowledge and understanding of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails.

Responsibilities

Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, in uniform and ready to provide hospitality.
Understand and follow the required steps of service.
Communicate and listen effectively to deliver accurate information to guests and teammates.
Keep the men’s locker room and fitness center clean and organized.
Assist Members with shoe care and provide towels.
Restock and organize supplies.
Mix and serve beverages, take food orders, enter orders into the POS system, and serve food.
Ensure Members are satisfied.
