About The Position

Beloit Health System is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Locker Room Attendant for its NorthPointe Campus. The role is responsible for the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of locker room facilities and for providing excellent customer service to members and guests. The position is in NorthPointe Environmental Services at NorthPointe Health & Wellness, on the second shift from 1:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., for 32 hours per week. The role reports to the NorthPointe Campus Director.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Obtain CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker rooms, showers, restrooms, and changing areas.
Clean and sanitize equipment, lockers, countertops, and high-touch surfaces regularly.
Replenish towels, toiletries, and other locker room supplies as needed.
Collect and distribute towels and linens according to facility procedures.
Monitor locker room conditions and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
Assist members and guests with locker room-related questions and requests.
Enforce locker room policies and facility guidelines professionally.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are maintained.
Support special events and facility operations as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with members and guests.
Adhere to established hospital and department policies, rules, and regulations.
