Foundry Locker Room Attendant
About The Position
The Locker Room Attendant maintains a clean, organized, welcoming environment throughout the fitness and thermal spa locker facilities. The role supports an exceptional guest experience by providing locker room assistance, replenishing amenities, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a comfortable, luxury setting that enhances guests’ wellness journeys. The attendant greets and assists guests, responds to requests, maintains facility presentation and sanitation, replenishes supplies, handles used linens, monitors locker availability, and follows safety procedures. The role also involves communicating with colleagues and management, assisting with opening and closing duties, supporting events and busy periods, and participating in training and service initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, wellness, spa, or housekeeping.
- Quiet confidence, a service-first mindset, and respect for privacy and guest comfort.
- Strong time management and ability to work with urgency and grace.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and handle laundry duties.
- Ability to regularly talk, hear, and communicate effectively; frequently stand, walk, reach, and lift.
- Ability to regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Vision abilities including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with locker room orientation and amenities.
- Provide attentive, professional service and anticipate guest needs.
- Assist guests with lockers, robes, towels, hydration stations, and facility questions.
- Maintain a welcoming, safe, and relaxing atmosphere throughout locker rooms and wellness areas.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in locker rooms, restrooms, showers, vanity areas, relaxation spaces, and fitness support areas.
- Inspect facilities throughout the day and address cleanliness needs.
- Restock towels, robes, toiletries, disposable amenities, and guest supplies.
- Remove used linens and coordinate laundering procedures according to department standards.
- Ensure surfaces, fixtures, and amenities meet sanitation and appearance standards.
- Monitor locker availability and assist with lost-and-found procedures.
- Follow thermal spa, fitness, and facility safety procedures.
- Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Identify and promptly report hazards, equipment concerns, or guest incidents.
- Assist with emergency procedures as directed by management.
- Communicate effectively with attendants, receptionists, fitness staff, and management.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Support special events, wellness programs, and peak operational periods.
- Participate in ongoing training and service excellence initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
