About The Position

Naples Grande Golf Club is seeking an experienced, service-oriented Locker Room Attendant to oversee the daily operation of the men’s locker room. The role helps create a welcoming, polished environment for members and guests by maintaining cleanliness and organization while providing exceptional hospitality. The attendant is expected to demonstrate professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine commitment to member engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional, and attentive presence that enhances the member experience.
• Anticipate and address member and guest needs promptly and courteously.
• Maintain the men’s locker room, restrooms, vanity area, and card room in pristine condition.
• Clean, polish, and maintain golf and dress shoes according to club and industry standards, and place them accurately and promptly in members’ lockers.
• Assist the professional team with locker assignments and maintain up-to-date records.
• Maintain adequate inventory of locker room amenities and supplies.
• Collaborate with management and staff to support special events and member activities in the locker room and surrounding spaces.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by club management.
